New Town Guest House Edinburgh, is our beautiful Georgian Townhouse and the perfect place to stay and enjoy all Edinburgh has to offer.


Based in Edinburgh's New Town, we have the vibrancy and all the local attractions, pubs, bars and restaurants Stockbridge has to offer on our doorstep.  Edinburgh's City Centre and all it's attractions is a short walk.

At New Town Guest House Edinburgh, we have a selection of Small Double, Double, Large Double and Twin rooms, the majority of which are all en-suite.  All our rooms are equipped with Smart Flatscreen TV's. coffee & tea making facilities, hairdryers, all linen, towels and toiletries.


We don't offer breakfast and all bookings are all on a room only basis.

There are a number of great bars, cafe's and restaurants in and around Stockbridge where you can grab breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.  Edinburgh City Centre is only a short trip.

The idea of a New Town was first suggested in the late 17th century when the Duke of Albany and York (later King James VII and II), when resident Royal Commissioner at Holyrood, encouraged the idea of having an extended regality to the north of the city.
